Design partners
Bring us one unit and its history.
Before general release, we will build the simulator with one design partner site. The pilot starts once the product has passed its tests on virtual plants and on a university lab’s equipment. Until then we are talking with sites, and we need no plant data.
In the pilot, you share historical exports from one unit or section. We build and tune its model away from your control system, then show you in numbers how well it replays events it never saw.
A good fit
- A DCS migration coming up, or a training program that needs a simulator.
- A historian holding months to years of the unit’s data, with some trips, startups or rate changes in it.
- Willingness to share historical exports under NDA.
- Any control system. DeltaV will be the first whose configuration exports we read, with other systems after it.
Who we want to hear from
Ethanol plants, refineries and specialty chemical sites, and the engineering teams and integrators who run their control system migrations. If your site is in another industry, tell us anyway.
How a pilot runs
Scope
Pick one unit or section, the use that matters to you, and the fidelity level you need.
Share exports
Historian extract, DCS configuration export, operator graphics, P&IDs and any datasheets. Nothing connects to your control network.
Build and tune
On our systems or on a machine at your site, as you prefer. We hold some of your events out of the fit.
Report and findings
The model replays the held-out events. You get scores per unit, the findings, and the limits.
Review together
Your engineer and ours work through the review queue. Then you decide what comes next.
What you get
- A tuned dynamic model of the unit, with its fidelity report.
- The findings list: instruments, valves and undocumented changes where the plant disagrees with its drawings and configuration. It can be worth having on its own.
- Ownership of the model and of your plant data.
- Design-partner pricing: [to be decided].
- A direct say in what we build next.
What we ask
- Historical exports under NDA.
- An engineer’s time to review the queue with us. We measure it against your own estimate for tuning by hand.
- Permission to learn from anonymized, aggregated results, such as typical valve sizing and fitted parameter ranges.
Tell us about your site.
A few lines are enough. We reply within two business days.
